Your mobile information & SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You opt in to SMS by texting our number first (for example, texting “Hi Joe” to our number) or by submitting your mobile number to us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Service providers
We share information only with vendors that help us run the service — for example, Twilio to send and receive text messages, and our payment processor to handle subscriptions. They may use it only to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes. We never sell your data.
Analytics
On our public marketing pages we use Google Analytics (which sets cookies) to understand how visitors find and use the site. It runs only there — never once you’re signed in — and it never receives your phone number, messages, or account details.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your choices

Children
Reminder Joe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
