These terms govern your use of Reminder Joe, an SMS reminder service operated by Fnkey LLC. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Questions? Email [email protected].
The service
You text Reminder Joe what to remember in plain language, and we text you a reminder at the time we read from your message. The service is provided “as is,” and we can’t guarantee that every message will be delivered on time or at all, since delivery depends on mobile carriers.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program. Reminder Joe sends SMS reminders and related account messages that you request. Opt-in. You consent to receive messages by texting our number first (for example, “Hi Joe”) or by submitting your mobile number to us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
After you reply STOP we won’t send further messages unless you opt in again.
Accounts & acceptable use
You’re responsible for the phone number and account you use with Reminder Joe. Don’t misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
Plans & billing
Reminder Joe offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation stops future charges. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fnkey LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed, delayed, or undelivered reminder, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
